Available in front loading based design, this Crate Washer is used for thorough cleansing of crates utilized for milk pouches, eggs, vegetables, sweet, bakery items etc. This ergonomically developed system has maximum 3000 cph production capacity. It can wash 100 to 3000 crates in every hour. Offered Crate Washer uses hot water for eradication of grease and dirt from crate surface. Reside is also cleansed by applying heated water for the second time. Later, it uses normal temperature water for thorough cleaning purpose. This machine requires maximum 30 hp power to function. It can be operated at maximum 120 kg/cm operating pressure.
